View life as a meditation in motion. A flow from this moment to the next, whilst not allowing your thinking mind to float too far into the distance. Living for this very moment makes life harmonious, balanced and gives us a sense of freedom for there is no expectation in this moment. There is no pressure or stress and we are focusing only on RIGHT NOW. That immediately eliminates worry about the future, or grief and regret from the past. We are free in the here and now - Free from any negative thoughts about who we are and who we think we should be.

Life, in this very moment can be anything we want it to be. Do you know how powerful you are as a human? You can create anything you can imagine as long as you are able to hold the frequency of what you wish to manifest. If you can think it, it will materialise. What I mean by that is you must first think of it, then see it in your mind, then feel it in every part of you as already being in existence. There are two parts to this - Belief and Trust! Belief that this is possible and will work and Trust that your request WILL be granted. Remember though, there is a very fine line between 'Want' and 'Need'. Do you really need what you are asking for? Is it coming from the right place? Or is it simply something you want, that is coming from a materialistic perspective? There's nothing wrong with wanting material things, they're nice! but if you dig a bit deeper and ask yourself why it is you want the Red Ferrari so much, you may settle on something else.. If it is filling a void within you, then all the Ferrari's in the world won't make you happy.

Manifesting will highlight aspects of yourself you hadn't touched on before. It teaches you about who you are as a person, your values and belief systems. A good tip when conjuring up your desires is to ask for what it is you wish for, followed by "Or something better". This prevents you placing limitations upon yourself. We don't always know what is best for us so asking for what you would like or something better, ensures the highest possible outcome. Always be very specific aswell. If you are looking for a partner for example and ask for a man who will be compatible with you, with blue eyes and brown hair who has a really successful career etc, ensure you state that he be available or you may meet someone with all of those traits who is perfect for you, but married. Be very specific. When you do manifest what you have asked for, ensure you give thanks.

You may be curious as to how the title of this post "BREATHE relates to Manifestation. What does breathing have to do with getting what you want? It's simple really - The Breath is your access point to the Universe, to God/Goddess, Source - whoever or whatever that higher source is for you. The Breath is vital for us to live healthily and happily. Notice your breathing right now. How deeply do you breathe? Have you ever stopped and paid attention to your breathing? It's not uncommon to have bypassed this your entire life and just taken for granted that you are able to breathe, but there is a deeper connection between your breath and all aspects of your life. We know that to be alive we must continue to breathe, but that's probably as far as most of us have delved into the topic. In fact, if we don't breathe properly, our bodies may be in a constant state of stress. If you are someone who shallow breathes, meaning you take short breaths, rather than drawing the oxygen deep down into your belly, you could be feeling stressed, rushed, overwhelmed and unable to relax or wind down. Your body might feel stiff and sore and you may be experiencing disrupted sleep. When you take a breath in deeply and slowly, you notice a difference. The world around you slows down. Life takes on a calmer pace as YOU are now calmer within yourself. If this happens with one breath, imagine what happens when you take several.

This forms the basis of a Meditative practice, but you do not need to sit down to do this. You can do this as you walk, as you perform your daily activities, as you are cleaning, as you are cooking. You will feel more centred and present if you do this and it can be done anytime, anywhere. Of course if you feel drawn to Meditate in the typical way, then fantastic. I definitely urge you to try it, but if you are someone who just doesn't feel like that is for you, then it shouldn't stop you gaining the benefits that are a natural by product of Meditating. Just a few minutes a couple of times a day of consciously breathing in and out slowly - in through your nose and out through your mouth, will create a shift for you. You can add to it by imagining you are breathing in light and positivity and breathing out negativity. The more you do it, the more 'in the moment' you will feel, which is great for your focus and concentration and is empowering. You are, after all in control of your life, so when you feel like life is taking control of you, take a few deep breaths and come back to 'right now' and know anything is possible when you Breathe, Believe & Trust!

Some of the benefits of Conscious Breathing are:

Feeling calmer

Heart Health

Better sleep

Straighter teeth

Spiritual growth

More energy

And so much more.

I have heard it said many times that the journey is not a straight line but indeed a spiral that continues to flow back around to a new experience until the lesson has been learned. Time is not linear as we have been taught and everything happening is happening now, not yesterday, not tomorrow but now. We are living out multiple versions of ourselves in various dimensions right now. The endeavour is to keep a vibration that is in line with our highest timeline, in order to be in complete alignment with our soul's purpose for this lifetime. How we do this is different for each of us as we are all unique. In this human experience we must care, not only for our physical health but our spiritual health and emotional health, which is not always an easy task. Keeping the balance between our spiritual selves and our physical selves can be a challenge at times, especially during times of uncertainty like we are experiencing now. It is easy to want to escape and to live with our head in the clouds.

These turbulent times have tested each and every one of us. Be sure not to be drawn too far into the chaos. Take time out to appreciate all the beauty that this world has to offer. It is not all doom and gloom as some would have us believe. Look into the eyes of a child and tell me life is not amazing, stare at a freshly bloomed flower and smell the magnificence of it's aroma and you are brought back to the now, and the reality that all is just as it should be for now. Being present is important as that is where we can do the best for ourselves and for others. Being present enables us access to our intuition, to gain information and insight into what will most benefit us at any given moment. It allows our mind to rest from the over activity that can drain our energy with continuous thoughts. We are all learning and the more we can rise to the occasion, the easier the transition. Life is wonderful, amazing, brilliant or it is doom and gloom. It is what we make of it and there is always a silver lining no matter the hardship. It is all about your beliefs and perspective. Take pleasure in the simplicity of life and breathe in the aroma of the flower, the softness of the grass between your toes, the wonder in the eyes of our children. Approach each day as a child does, with excitement, with hope, with magic. Everything is possible with belief and with love in our hearts. Love for self and love for everyone and everything. There is no separation. Challenge yourself to be the best you can be every day, and be mindful of not striving for perfection. We are not perfect and we are not supposed to be perfect. We are learning and growing and becoming better with each passing day, is enough. Upon waking, take some deep breaths and say "Thankyou"! - Thankyou for being here, for the opportunity to fulfill your dreams and for the opportunity to be of service to all who need you at this time. So, embrace the spiral rather than resisting it and life will flow for you rather than against you. The resistance gives more energy to a situation so allowing, releasing, surrendering and trusting is what helps you through every circumstance. You need only view nature to see how the spiral is such an intrinsic part of our world - The spiral is seen in flowers, plants, animals and sea-life and within our human bodies. Embrace it in the knowledge that it just 'IS'

Oracle Cards are from 'The Starseed Oracle' ~ Rebecca Campbell & Danielle Noel

Meditation for me is such a pleasure, and although at times it can be difficult to fall straight into the zone I would like to be in, I always get so much from it, even if nothing more than just being made aware of how far my mind has drifted from the present moment. Our minds will take over if we allow them to, so Meditation is key, for me at least in discarding what I don't need, that may be racing through my mind and keeping me from focusing on what does need my attention.

This morning I drew some cards from the beautiful "Starseed Oracle" by Rebecca Campbell (https://rebeccacampbell.me/) & Danielle Noel and I decided to do something a bit different. I felt compelled to share it so I hope you can take something from it. I noticed that the artwork (https://daniellenoel.art/) on one of the cards I drew had what appeared to be a doorway or portal on it, so I decided to incorporate this into my meditation. The card is pictured above if you would like to do the same. I closed my eyes and after looking at the detail on the card, visualised myself walking through a forest that led to something similar to the image pictured above. What I saw were stairs ascending to the point where you reach the portal or doorway so I walked up each pastel coloured step until I reached the top and entered. As I stepped through the door way, light beings were waiting to welcome me and they ran a bright blue light through my body from above my head to below my feet. This, they tell me is to cleanse, clear and heal. They say 'the children are waiting for you' and I notice a group of excited girls waiting in the distance. I walk over to them, sit down and ask what they wish to learn. They reply saying 'You are here to teach us what love is.'

I say 'Well, love is something you give and receive, but to fully understand how to give it and receive it from others, you must fully love yourself first." 'How do we do that?' they ask. "By accepting every part of you as perfect and whole in every way - by never having negative thoughts or feelings about yourself and knowing that you are exactly as you should be at any given time - by nourishing yourself and caring for yourself - by loving your body and your soul and then and only then will you be fully equipped to share that love with others." They give thanks for the information and I tell them I need to go for now but I can return.

I make my way back to the doorway where once again the light beings run the blue light through me and tell me I will return here. I walk down the pastel coloured steps and back through the forest to where I began. As I was hearing these words in the meditation I was reminded of how important it is to see ourselves as perfect and how easily we deny ourselves the love that at our essence is what we already are. We need to instill this knowledge into our children from the moment they are born and to keep reminding them of how loved and perfect they are, by showing them that we love and accept ourselves wholeheartedly. This can be a harsh world at times but love ensures we can overcome any obstacles along the way.

With love,
