Raise your vibe

Everything is Energy ........Even us!
To the human eye, most of us cannot perceive the energy that is vibrating in every thing on the planet, but our bodies can sense it. From the ground you walk on, to the people you meet, to the chair you sit on, it's all Energy.

No doubt you have experienced that feeling of a ‘bad vibe’ about something or someone, chills on the back of your neck, or a 'gut feeling'. Alternatively, you may have felt really good being in the company of a particular person, or in a certain geographical location. This is because everything emits a frequency and on an energetic level, we can sense it. Certain places have a higher energy due to the Energy Vortexes and Ley lines beneath the Earth's surface and Ley Lines have been shown to be in alignment with certain structures of importance throughout the world. Said to be positioned at the intersection of these Ley Lines are Vortexes, which are swirling centres of energy that contain higher energy than most places. There is said to be Spiritual significance to these areas as they can enhance Spiritual practices such as Meditation and connection with a higher source. An example of one such area is Glastonbury, England.


Energy can be low or high and anything in between, and everything in the Universe vibrates at a different frequency. For us to feel happy and healthy, we need to keep our energetic vibration up. It is not realistic to always be in a super high vibe state of being, as we are human and do get sick now and then, and go through times of challenge when we don't feel our best. For the most part however, we should be making a conscious effort to be living in a high vibration as this creates huge shifts within our reality and that of the collective. What we are, is what we attract, so being in a high vibe brings positive experiences, people, events etc and conversely, being in a low vibe brings the opposite. There is no 'bad luck' just negative thoughts that lead to a low vibration which attracts negative events to you. The world is not out to get you if you are going through a rough patch, it's simply a change in perception and a raise of your vibe that is needed. How we react to things determines the severity of it's impact upon us. At the same time though, it's okay to feel what you feel and at times we do need to grieve and allow ourselves that time to process loss and hardship, then release it and keep going.


So how do we raise our vibration?


Here are some tips for you:


  • Affirmations

  • Music

  • Eating high vibrational healthy foods

  • Drink clean water

  • Exercise

  • Meditate

  • Receive a healing

  • Watch funny movies

  • Dance

  • Sing

  • Create something

  • Use crystals

  • Listen to Solfeggio Frequencies

  • Read uplifting books

  • Laugh

  • Surround yourself with positive people

  • Connect with nature

  • Use essential Oils

  • Ground your energy by standing on the grass barefoot

  • Sunlight

  • Practice Gratitude

  • Have fresh flowers in your home

  • Plants

  • Cleanse your space regularly

  • Do what you love

There are many other ways and what you feel is right for you to do is the way to go. The HOW of raising your vibration isn't important. It's just important that we do what makes our heart's sing and by doing what we love, our vibration automatically rises. I personally find Meditation to be the best way for me to raise my vibration quickly aswell as keeping me grounded and present.
