Reiki
Reiki is an ancient japanese energy healing modality that is both gentle yet transformative. Learning Reiki is a wonderful experience and one that can be life changing when practiced regularly. Reiki becomes a way of life over time when incorporated into your life and as one progresses on the Reiki Journey through a series of attunements will ultimately open doorways to new possibilities. As Reiki is an energetic technique it may awaken dormant gifts that also support you in learning more of yourself and the universe.
I offer Usui Reiki Attunements, Kundalini Reiki Attunements and Karuna Ki Attunements. Usui Reiki Level 1 is your first initiation followed by Level 2 then Level 3/Master Teacher. I provide both 1:1 Private Reiki Attunements and Group Attunements In Person or Online. I have attuned many students who are now working as Reiki Practitioners and those who have combined it with other modalities so there are no limits as to how you can bring Reiki into your life.

Sekhem
Sekhem also known as Seichim and Skhm is an ancient Egyptian hands on healing technique that is powerful and is both a stand alone modality that also combines well with Reiki. Like Reiki, Sekhem uses symbols to enhance the energy and can be a catalyst for awakening our cosmic aspects. Sekhem works with the energy of the goddess and is feminine, balancing the masculine energy of Reiki.

To be attuned to Sekhem you are required to be Reiki Level 2 attuned so that you have had some experience working with energy.

Sacred Sound Immersion

Celebrate your next special event with a Sacred Sound Immersion for you and your guests in which you will be gently guided into a meditation to calm and ground you while the frequency of the crystal and tibetan bowls reconnect you in Mind, Body and Spirit. Sacred Sound Immersion allows you time to simply relax and receive, calming the nervous system and bringing you into a space of deep relaxation. Along with the crystal and tibetal bowls I incorporate various sound healing instruments that create an experience that is healing and activating. If you are looking for something unique to celebrate a birthday, hens, baby shower, self love day with some friends or for your next retreat, sacred sound immersion is the perfect addition.
