Service Description

As a Spiritual Mentor, Holistic Counsellor, Channel and Healer, I provide a safe space in which to support and gently guide you on your life's journey. Whatever you may be coming up against at this moment, know that it is temporary, and that there are techniques that can be utilised to relax, calm and rebalance along with looking at belief systems that may be keeping you feeling stuck in a particular area of life. Sometimes we simply need a space to be heard. Mentoring is also for those on the journey of spiritual awakening who may need some support in understanding the experiences that come along with this journey. This is a non judgemental space in which you can discuss anything you wish to, knowing that every session is confidential and that you will be treated with compassion and acknowledgement for the experiences that have led you to this moment in time.
