Reiki Session

Service Description

Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that is relaxing, rebalancing and calming. Reiki is universal life force energy channelled through the practitioner to the client so that the body may relax in order for healing to occur. Reiki can be very transformative and you will receive the most benefit by doing 3 x sessions although you are welcome to book a one off session if you prefer. I incorporate Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki and Karuna Ki Reiki into the session based upon what I am intuitively guided to. This is a session for those who may not have experienced energy healing before or for anyone who enjoys Reiki as a stand alone session. For Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Sekhem, Light Language etc, Book the Multidimensional Recalibration Immersion. Included in your session is: A Mini Oracle Card Reading for additional guidance Insight received during your session to support you Hands on or off healing depending on what you prefer for in person sessions Short guided meditation to relax and ground your energy Through this session I will be taking notes that I will share with you at the conclusion of your session that you will be able to take a copy of along with a photo of the cards chosen for you. For Online and Distance Sessions you will receive this information via email after your session is finished. For Distance Sessions I will message you 10 mins prior to session to ensure you are laying or sitting in a comfortable position to receive your healing. After 30 Mins the session is finished and you can sit up and continue with your day. I recommend drinking some water or eating some food to ground yourself after your session.
