Service Description

Intuitive Coaching Sessions are Holistic Counselling Sessions, though I feel that the word Counselling doesn't really give an accurate description of what this session is all about. Holistic Counselling takes into consideration the Mind, Body & Spirit connection, and provides a space of non judgement, compassion and support. Just as the name suggests, Holistic Counselling brings in a variety of holistic modalities including the use of crystals, flower essences, oracle cards along with guidance and direction. As we each have the answers we are looking for, sometimes all that is needed is someone to create a space of calm and safety to open up in and to be seen and heard. Holistic Counselling is beneficial for anyone experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, spiritual awakening, job dissatisfaction, or anything that is causing imbalance in your life. Intuitive Coaching Sessions provide insight through channeled guidance, and knowledge from my experience working with clients since 2016 in the field of Healing and Spiritual Development. Sessions are held via Zoom
