BQH is a hypnotherapy style session that leads you into a deep meditative state to access your subconscious. With me right by your side throughout this journey you will visit various aspects of yourself through guided imagery and the sound of my voice through a deeply relaxing process. You hold all the answers within you and once you are in this state it is easier for you to be shown what you most need to acknowledge in order to gain closure, learn and grow. This session can go anywhere from 2 hours+ so it is important to allow extra time in the event that we run overtime. $222
