Service Description

BQH Sessions are a journey into the subconscious as you will be led on a guided meditation into a deeply relaxed state. Prior to your session I will ask that you write down some questions that you would like answered as this sets the intention before the session begins of what you would like to experience. Together we will set the intentions in order to gain the most from the session which is a very different experience for each person. You may access past lives, current life situations or even future incarnations. Whatever you experience is right for you and through this process I will provide healing as needed and I will gently prompt you as to what you are seeing, feeling, hearing etc. This is an online session held via zoom and recorded so you will receive the audio of the session to listen to again. At the conclusion of your session I will bring you back into the present, reground your energy and discuss what came through. In the days following you may go through an integration process of what you have discovered as this is a very healing experience. It is not uncommon as with energy work to feel emotions rise or to feel tired afterwards. Listen to your body and rest as needed. This session can take anywhere from 2 - 4 Hours so be sure to choose a day when you will have time to rest afterwards.
